All packages require a 100% deposit and are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and unable to be canceled or rescheduled. Packages must be redeemed within a 24-hour window.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for all prices and services. They must be presented at the time of service and cannot be placed on file or used as a deposit. Gift cards are nonrefundable, not redeemable for cash, expire one year after purchase, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Spa Policies & FAQ
Appointments are required for all treatments and are kindly asked to be requested at least 48 hours in advance. If you would like to request a last-minute appointment, please call us.
All appointments include a 10-minute consultation period.

Booking Policy
All appointment requests must be confirmed by a licensed service provider. Once your request is received, our team will check provider availability and contact you to confirm your appointment.
Check-in
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your service to relax beforehand. A luxurious robe and spa slippers are provided, with separate changing facilities. Please leave jewelry and valuables at home — we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.
Digital disconnection & noise
To preserve a peaceful, disconnected space, we kindly ask guests to turn off mobile phones and electronic devices and keep noise to a minimum. A lit light above a treatment room means a service is in session.
Deposit policy
We do not require a deposit to book. However, all spa appointments require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made outside the 48-hour window incur a $20 fee. Cancellations within 48 hours, including no-shows, are charged the full cost of the service.
Rescheduling policy
Appointments rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance are accommodated without penalty. Within 48 hours, the booking becomes non-refundable, the full service cost is charged at the time of rescheduling, and it must be rebooked within one year of the original appointment.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your service in the remaining time available. Full payment for the original service is required.
Age policy
The spa and all treatments are reserved for guests ages 18 and older.
Appointment timing
All appointments include a 10-minute transition between services so our team has time to prepare for your treatment.
Parking
Our address is 3236 Shulls Mill Road, Boone, NC 28607. The spa is located behind the Inn — follow the signs on the right side of the property pointing behind it, drive the service road, and park in any spot in front of the spa area.
Inclement weather & emergencies
During unsafe road conditions or power outages, the spa may issue gift certificates so guests can reschedule on short notice for everyone's safety. These certificates must be used within one year of the original appointment date.
