Pet Policy

What is the pet policy?

- Pet charges are $50.00 per pet, per night and only allowed in designated rooms. If you plan to bring a pet with you, you must call and make accommodations with the front desk. (828)-963-6646. Maximum 2 pets per room.

- Guest’s who are booked for non-pet friendly rooms and arrive with a pet will be moved to a pet friendly room. If no pet friendly rooms are available, guest can stay in a standard room, however a pet fee of $100.00 will be charged per pet, per night.

- Only service animals as defined under the ADA are permitted in non-pet friendly rooms and must be under the handler's control at all times. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA, and they will not be allowed in non-pet friendly rooms.

- Any damages incurred by pets or excessive cleaning necessary to use the room after vacancy are considered incidental charges and will be charged to the card on file. There is a minimum $250.00 charge for incurred damages.
