Welcome to the Inn at Crestwood – a mountain destination open year-round. Our beautiful location and rich history make Crestwood a special site for travelers from all over. Our resort is only 2 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 4 miles from Historic Blowing Rock. The original home has been here since before that section of the parkway was even built. We are pleased to offer a variety of gracious and comfortable accommodations and amenities, which will provide you with a memorable stay. Our Inn has unsurpassed mountain views, to our quiet wooded escapes, come and stay with us for awhile and allow your spirit to unwind.

Renewal and relaxation are what the Spa at Crestwood is dedicated to providing for your well-being. Guests of Crestwood Resort and Spa as well as the general public are invited to make a selection of any of our various therapeutic services and treatments that include only the highest grade of professional massage and skin therapy services available.
