To ensure availability, we recommend that all spa appointment requests be made 24 to 48 hours prior to each desired appointment time. A credit card is required to hold all spa appointment reservations. Cancellations made within 24 hours or more prior to the reservation time require no service charge. However, if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the reserved appointment, (with the exception of extenuating circumstances) the full price of the scheduled treatment will be charged to the credit card on file. We also recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. The purchase of any spa service at Crestwood automatically entitles the recipient to the access of our Spa facility throughout the day of the scheduled service.

	The lap pool is located in the Spa facility and is open from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm. An outdoor patio with lounging furniture is also available during the warmer months.
	Our steam bath is located in the Spa facility and is open from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm.
	Our sauna is located in the Spa facility and is open from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm.
	Our outdoor Jacuzzi is located in the Spa facility and is open from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm, year round.
	Our fitness facility is located in the Spa and includes a treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical machine, free weights and showering/changing room areas.
