Spa Policies To ensure availability, we recommend that all spa appointment requests be made 24 to 48 hours prior to each desired appointment time. A credit card is required to hold all spa appointment reservations. Cancellations made within 24 hours or more prior to the reservation time require no service charge. However, if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the reserved appointment, (with the exception of extenuating circumstances) the full price of the scheduled treatment will be charged to the credit card on file. We also recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. The purchase of any spa service at Crestwood automatically entitles the recipient to the access of our Spa facility throughout the day of the scheduled service |
