You may cancel your package up to ONE WEEK prior to your scheduled arrival in order to receive a full refund and no penalty
Cancellations made less than one week prior to your scheduled arrival will be accommodated less a $100 administrative fee
All Spa and Dining reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
Refunds are not available for any unused portion of the package
