Crestwood is a smoke-free facility. A credit card is required to reserve lodging at The Inn at Crestwood. You must be 18 years of age to reserve lodging at The Inn at Crestwood. All gift certificates are subject to availability and also require advanced reservations.

Guests may check-in as early as 3:00pm on the reserved arrival date and should checkout by 11:00am on the day of departure. Extended checkout times are granted upon availability and will not exceed 1:00pm on the scheduled checkout day. There will be a $25 (twenty five dollar) per hour charge for each additional hour after 1:00pm.  

Lodging rates are based on double occupancy per night. Rates are subject to a North Carolina sales tax of 6.75%, and an additional Watauga county tax of 6%, effective July 01, 2006. Rates are seasonal and subject to change during holidays or special events, and may require minimum stays. Summer and fall rates apply May 1st through October 31st. Winter and spring rates apply November 1st through April 30th. Crestwood may require a two night minimum stay for our guests on weekends May - October. 

A credit card is required to reserve all lodging at The Inn at Crestwood. There will be no charge for accommodation cancellations made within 48 hours or more prior to the arranged check-in time. However, a $50.00 administration fee will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation when less than 48 hours of cancellation notice is given (exceptions will be made for approved extenuating circumstances). In the event that you do not show for your reservation and fail to give any cancellation notice, the full price of the entire scheduled stay will be charged to the credit card which held that reservation.

Our Inn will accept well-trained pets in two of the four cottages (Mayapple & Trillium) at Crestwood. Should your pet join you during your stay, a twenty-five dollar ($25) per pet fee is required each night. A two-hundred dollar ($200) credit card authorization is also necessary in order to recover any damages or additional cleaning fees that may occur. All unattended pets must be secured in crates to ensure daily housekeeping service. Pets are accepted on a limited basis and we ask that availability inquirers be made prior to arrival.
